At Pace British School, we believe every child carries the potential to shape tomorrow. Our mission is to nurture that potential with purpose, passion, and a deep commitment to excellence. As a community, we are ambitious and strive to achieve our best in everything, and we instill that same drive in our students—encouraging them to dream boldly, work with determination, and grow into confident, capable leaders.
As a British School Overseas (BSO) accredited school, we are recognised by the UK Department for Education for meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and academic provision. This accreditation reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional British education here in Sharjah.
Every day, we welcome students aged 3 to 18 into a vibrant, inclusive community where every learner is known, valued, and supported. From Early Years to Sixth Form, our students follow the English National Curriculum, progressing to iGCSEs in Years 9–11 and A Levels in Years 12–13—opening doors to leading universities in the UAE, the UK, and around the world.
We want the very best for every student. That is why we run a rigorous, ongoing programme of quality assurance throughout the year. Through lesson observations, book scrutinies, learning walks, and careful data analysis, we ensure that teaching remains consistently high‑quality, engaging, and impactful. We pride ourselves on delivering lessons that are challenging, inspiring, and personalised to meet the needs of each learner.
We believe students learn best when they are actively involved in their learning. Our classrooms are places where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are explored, and students take ownership of their progress. This reflects our value that we are curious, creative and innovative in our thinking and learning, preparing students with the skills and mindset needed for tomorrow’s world.
Our values shape who we are and who our students become. We teach responsibility by fostering a deep sense of social and environmental awareness. We model respect by honouring the rich culture and values of the UAE, helping students appreciate the heritage of the nation they call home. We champion inclusivity, showing kindness, compassion, and respect for everyone. And as an internationally minded school, we celebrate diversity and help students understand the world beyond their own—preparing them to thrive in global communities.
At PBS, we are not only educating children for today; we are preparing them for the world they will inherit tomorrow. Our strapline, Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow, reflects our belief that leadership is cultivated through daily habits—curiosity, resilience, empathy, and ambition. These qualities are woven into every lesson, every interaction, and every opportunity we create.
We invite you to join a school where your child will be inspired to achieve, encouraged to explore, and empowered to lead. A school where they will grow academically, emotionally, and socially. A school where they will learn today so they can lead tomorrow.
Welcome to Pace British School—where the leaders of the future begin their journey.
