What is SPEA Registration?
When a child is enrolled in any school in Sharjah, he/ she should be registered in the Ministry system (SPEA). The Dates and Deadlines of registration will be communicated to you by the admission team.

How to complete the registration process?
SPEA registration must be completed by the parent using their own UAE PASS account.

What are the other documents required for the registration?
The required documents for all students are the Emirates ID, Birth Certificate, and Vaccination Card. Additionally, if your child was previously enrolled in another school (inside or outside the UAE), you will need the following documents:

1. For transfers within Sharjah: The child will already be registered in the system. You only need to ensure they are withdrawn from the previous school to register them under PACE British School.
2. For transfers from other Emirates: The end-of-year report card stamped by the school and a transfer certificate are required. The transfer certificate should be duly attested by the educational authority of the respective emirate.
3. For overseas transfers: The end-of-year report card stamped by the school and a transfer certificate are required. The Transfer Certificate should be duly attested by:

• The Educational Authority/Ministry of Education from the country you are migrating from.
• The UAE Embassy/Consulate/Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country you are migrating from.
• The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

For students in Year 11 and above, both the Transfer Certificate and Report Card for the last two academic years must be attested by the authorities mentioned above. For students in Year 10, both the Transfer Certificate and Report Card must be attested by the authorities mentioned above. In some cases, equivalency certificate is mandatory for students enrolled for Year 11 and above which shall be informed to you by our admissions team.
